Grades 7-12, College, & Adults

1 Peter 3:15-16

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed.

About the Conference

Faith Baptist Church is pleased to host the first annual Defenders Conference. Join us as we gather together to worship God, learn more about His Word, and receive training on defending our faith. This is a five-hour conference consisting of two main sessions, two breakout sessions, and times of worship. Bro. Richard Hamlin, pastor of Faith Baptist Church, will be our speaker during the main sessions. In addition, students will attend two separate breakout sessions. There are eleven different sessions on a wide variety of topics from which to choose (see further down). FaithWorship will lead us in songs of praise throughout the afternoon.

Churches or individuals are asked to register online so that we can plan accordingly. Those who do so by February 13 will be able to order free t-shirts. Please note that water will be available, but no food will be served. The registration fee ($10/student) can be paid upon arrival. This conference includes a free follow-up curriculum for your group. If you have any questions or would like more information about the Defenders Conference, please contact Jason Goodwin by email (jason@faithcabot.org) or by phone/text (501.416.9728). We look forward to seeing you there!
